Merle is the Special Projects Manager at BridgeGreen Capital,  overseeing and managing special projects involving BridgeGreen Operations.

Merle brings over 35 years’ experience working with a wide range of business entities, charities, and non-profits across North America as a Business Consultant, specializing in Content Management, Process Improvement, Training and Grant Making.

Before joining BCI, Merle worked in the Operating Business, managing Minto’s Learning team and leading process improvement and training initiatives  on the Business Innovation Team.
